چکیده
Human resources are an important asset for the company to develop and realize company's goals. One of efforts optimize capacity employees is know their personality. Personality form possessed by individual in behaving all characteristics that distinguish one from another. Knowing personality themselves. Because knowing a person's personality, can maximize potential place certain positions suit employee. This study aims implement dempster-shafer theory on inference engine building expert system identify employee types. Dempster-shafer perform probability calculations so evidence be carried out based level confidence logical reasoning. The developed able type through nature or symptoms exist In addition, display results diagnosis with explanation type, its work occupations suitable type. Based accuracy test obtained comparison diagnoses analysis expert, value reaches 85%.

Based on Cumulative Number of Confirmed Human Cases of Avian Influenza (H5N1) Reported to World Health Organization (WHO) in the 2011 from 15 countries, Indonesia has the largest number death because Avian Influenza which 146 deaths. In this research, the researcher built an Avian Influenza (H5N1) Expert System for identifying avian influenza disease and displaying the result of identification ...
متن کاملThe Dempster-Shafer Theory
The initial work introducing Dempster-Shafer (D-S) theory is found in Dempster (1967) and Shafer (1976). Since its introduction the very name causes confusion, a more general term often used is belief functions (both used intermittently here). Nguyen (1978) points out, soon after its introduction, that the rudiments of D-S theory can be considered through distributions of random sets. More furt...
متن کاملSensor Fusion Using Dempster-Shafer Theory
Context-sensing for context-aware HCI challenges the traditional sensor fusion methods with dynamic sensor configuration and measurement requirements commensurate with human perception. The Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence has uncertainty management and inference mechanisms analogous to our human reasoning process. Our Sensor Fusion for Contextaware Computing Project aims to build a generaliz...
متن کاملQualitative Dempster - Shafer Theory
This paper introduces the idea of using the Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence with qualitative values. Dempster-Shafer theory is a formalism for reasoning under uncertainty which may be viewed as a generalisation of probability theory with special advantages in its treatment of ambiguous data and the ignorance arising from it. Here we are interested in applying the theory when the numbers that...
